North Kynouria Municipality, Greece

Anthene (Ἀ), or Anthana (Ἀ), or Athene (Ἀ), was a town in Cynuria, originally inhabited by the Aeginetans, and mentioned by Thucydides along with Thyrea, as the two chief places in Cynuria.
