Zoo Gdańsk

The Gdańsk Zoo (Gdański Ogród Zoologiczny) is a zoological garden located in Gdańsk, Pomeranian Voivodship, Poland. It was opened in the district of Oliwa in 1954 and covers 123.76 hectares, which makes it the largest zoological garden in Poland in terms of area. The zoo is a member of both the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA) and the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA).
