Haukadalur (Icelandic: [ˈhœyːkaˌtaːlʏr̥], from Old Norse: Haukadalr [ˈhɔukɑˌdɑlz̠], "hawk dale" or "valley of hawks") is a valley in Bláskógabyggð municipality, found in the Southern Region of Iceland. It is known for its geothermal activity and the Haukadalsskógur National Forest.
