University Lounici Ali of Blida, also known as University of Blida 2 (commonly referred to as "University of El Affroun"), is a public university in El Affroun, Blida Province, northern Algeria. Established by Executive Decree No. 13-162 on April 15, 2013 (2013-04-15), which split the University of Blida, creating the University of Blida 1 alongside the University of Blida 2, it is named after Ali Lounici, a former captain of the ALN.
