Rykestrasse Synagogue

The Rykestrasse Synagogue (Synagoge Rykestraße) is a Conservative Jewish congregation and synagogue, located in the Prenzlauer Berg neighbourhood in the Pankow borough of Berlin, Germany. Germany's largest synagogue, designed by Johann Hoeniger in the Romanesque Revival style, the synagogue was completed in 1904 and inaugurated on 4 September 1904, in time for Rosh Hashanah. The synagogue stands off the street alignment and is reached by a thoroughfare in the pertaining front building.
