Forest Idyl

Forest Idyl (sometimes spelled Forest Idyll, but originally titled "Idyl") is a bronze statue created in 1924 by Albin Polasek while he was head of the Sculpture Department at the Art Institute of Chicago. There are several copies of the three versions of this sculpture: Brookgreen Gardens in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina Muncie, Indiana, at Ball State University. Three in Winter Park, Florida, at the Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens and at City Hall
