Marjeh Square

Marjeh Square (sāḥat al-Marjah), also known as "Martyrs' Square" (sāḥat ash-Shuhadā’), is a square in central Damascus, Syria, just outside the walls of the old city. The Syrian Interior Ministry has its headquarters in the square.
