The Aomori Prefecture Tourist Center (ASPM) (Aomori-ken Kankō Bussankan (Asupamu)) is a skyscraper located in Aomori, Aomori Prefecture, Japan. Construction of the 76-meter, 15-story skyscraper was finished in 1986.
