The San Pedro Mezquital River (Río San Pedro Mezquital) is a river of Nayarit, Mexico. The river originates in the Sierra Madre Occidental, and flows through Durango and Nayarit states to empty into the Pacific Ocean in Marismas Nacionales Biosphere Reserve.
