Pirallahi Island, or Pirallakhi Island (Azeri: Pirallahı adası) is an island of Azerbaijan in the Caspian Sea. The island lies off the north-eastern shore of the Apsheron Peninsula, 43 kilometres (27 mi) east-north-east of Baku.
