Naozhou Island (French: Île Nau-Chau; pinyin: Náozhōu Dǎo) (Nao Chow) is an island in the South China Sea. Administratively, the island is organized as Naozhou Town within Mazhang District of Zhanjiang City of Guangdong Province of China.
