KMU Institute of Medical and Dental Sciences (Urdu, Pashto), in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, is a public sector medical college, established in April 2006. KMU-IMS/IDS, the constituent body of KMU, enrolls students in a five-year programme leading to a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree, and also in a four-year programme leading to a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree. It is a public sector medical institution approved by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. Each year 100 students are enrolled in MBBS, on the basis of their performance in ETEA test, and 50 are enrolled in BDS. It is affiliated with Khyber Medical University, Peshawar.
