Military Church, Timișoara

The Military Church (Romanian: Biserica Militară) is a Romanian Orthodox church located in the 700 Square of the western Romanian city of Timișoara. The building, dating from 1740 to 1750, is one of the oldest surviving structures in the city, alongside the Military Hospital, the Tribunal, and the Theresia Bastion. It forms part of the architectural ensemble of Timișoara's old citadel.
