Cathedral of the Holy Cross

The Cathedral of the Holy Cross is the cathedral of the Catholic Archdiocese of Boston in Massachusetts. It is one of the largest Catholic churches in New England. The cathedral is located in the city's South End on Washington Street. Construction of the cathedral started in 1866 and it was dedicated in 1875. As of 2026, the rector of the cathedral is Christopher K. O'Connor.
