Baltika Brewery ("") is the second largest brewing company in Europe, and the leader of the Russian beer market with over 38% market share. It is headquartered in St. Petersburg. Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Carlsberg Group attempted to sell the company, but in July 2023 the Russian government seized its assets under the rules for businesses from the Unfriendly Countries List. Carlsberg Group divested its shares in Baltika in December 2024.
