Tell Keisan

Tell Keisan, (Arabic name meaning "the mound of treachery") or Tel Kisson, (Hebrew name), is an archaeological site located 8 km (5.0 mi) from the Mediterranean coast in the Galilee region of Israel between Haifa and Akko. It lies northeast of the site of Tell Abu Hawam, west of the site of Horbat Rosh Zayit, well south of the site of Tel Kabri, and 7.5 kilometers southeast of the site now covered by modern Acre.
